Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 20, 2025
1. Information we collect
Account data: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via our identity provider (Clerk).
Integration data: When you connect services (Sentry, GitHub, etc.), we store OAuth tokens and connection metadata required to operate the Service. We access your error data and source code only as needed to analyze issues and generate fixes.
Usage data: We collect anonymized usage metrics (pages visited, features used, error counts) to improve the Service. We do not track you across other websites.
2. How we use your information
We use collected information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) authenticate your identity; (c) process transactions; (d) communicate with you about your account; and (e) improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Your code
By default, your source code is cloned and processed in isolated third-party sandboxes to analyze errors and generate fixes. These sandboxes are ephemeral — code is deleted once processing completes and is not stored beyond the duration of a task. On the Enterprise plan, you may bring your own cloud infrastructure so that code never leaves your environment. Regardless of plan, we do not use your code to train machine learning models.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Service (hosting, payment processing, authentication) under strict confidentiality agreements; (b) law enforcement when required by law; (c) parties involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice to you.
5. Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits. OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted before storage. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Error metadata and processing logs are retained for 90 days. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) object to processing of your data; and (f) withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit functionality.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
